Introduction¶
The APP4MC-RaceCar project is a an automotive demonstrator build on a 1/10 scale Traxxas platform. It consists of heterogeneous processors providing the computational bandwidth for the ADAS application. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art sensors such as lidar and stereo camera. The demonstrator will be used for evaluating the timing behavior of the ADAS applications in real-life environment using methodologies such as tracing, profiling and static analysis.
The documentation consists of a brief introduction about the components used in the demonstrator, followed by the mechanical design and hardware setup. It also provides the details about the development environment, tools, procedure for board bring-ups such as enabling RT-Linux and establishing communication within the components of the APP4MC RaceCar.
